From order to shipment

Quote and approval
Model, quantity, fabric, colour and destination are agreed, and a quote with price and lead time is approved.

Production plan
The order is scheduled according to materials and capacity.

Frames and preparation
Frames, base bodies and pre-upholstery parts are prepared.

Upholstery and sewing
Fabric is cut, sewn and upholstered to the catalogue details of the model.

Quality control
Dimensions, stitching, surfaces and mechanisms are checked before shipping.

Packing and shipping
Products are packed for transport, labelled and shipped on schedule.
